親愛的 112 學年度新生家長您好:
採通訊報到者,若新生編班有以下需求,請下載附件並詳填資料內容,與入學通知等相關資料一併寄至學校註冊組,謝謝.
(1)雙(多)胞胎同班與否申請
(2)年頭年尾或早讀晚讀而為同一屆同班與否申請
(3)身障生與同儕同班申請
採現場報到者,現場會提供紙本資料填寫.
另外,採通訊報到者,若有遷徙紀錄連續無間斷且都在建興國中基本學區內者,請檢附載有此二者住址變更之遷入日期詳細記事戶籍謄本乙份)或向戶政機關申請遷徙紀錄證明書,並填寫附件資料,謝謝.
